Returns and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, except under very limited circumstances. Please note the delicacy of the product and that you need to handle your purchase with absolute care. If we accept your return, which will be a decision made at our own discretion, we will offer a full refund or replacement product, provided that the item you’re returning is in the same condition it was in when you received it. This means that the item may not be damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.

When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, which could take up to 10 work days. Any refunds made will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order. You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
